Firstly, thanks for keeping your word.

An excellent unboxing, I especially enjoyed seeing it next to my old hw6915.

The keyboard and the D-pad look really nice. I'm looking forward to more detailed info, whether in writing or video. Like I said before, one of my main concerns is the 3 sec lag on my 6915 when pressing the End button, both when hanging up and returning to the today screen. I hope that's not an issue any more. Also, the speed of the device: it's the same CPU that the 6915 had and there are faster processors out there; with that huge battery it could easily have afford a faster CPU, and more so with WM6.1 supposedly consumes less power.

Well I've been using a 614 for the past few months, so I keep having to remember to use the keyboard!!

Speed, well so far, it's not noticeably slower than the 614 which has the 520mhz PXA270 vs the 416mhz PXA270 in the 914....
